Cycling coaching​

The cycling coaching service provides tailored support to help cyclists reach their next level of performance, whether on the road or off. The service is designed for committed cyclists looking to improve and reach their goals, including those aiming to reach a higher category, tackle Ultra gravel races, or excel in triathlon cycling. The coaching includes personalized plans, tailored workouts, 1:1 coaching opportunities, and performance analysis to help cyclists perform at their best. With a focus on helping triathletes improve their cycling performance, my coaching is suitable for a wide range of cyclists looking to reach their full potential.

LACTATE THRESHOLD TESTING (PHYSIOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT) — $250

What it is:
Lactate threshold testing is a precise method to measure how your body responds to increasing exercise intensity. It identifies your aerobic (LT1) and anaerobic (LT2) thresholds and VLamax, revealing how efficiently your body uses energy (fats vs. carbohydrates) and how well it clears lactate — the key to endurance performance.

Why it helps:
Understanding your thresholds means your training is no longer guesswork. You’ll know exactly:

  • Which training zones optimize endurance, recovery, and speed

  • How to improve fat utilization and reduce fatigue

  • How to fuel more efficiently for both training and racing — knowing when your body primarily burns fat versus carbohydrates

  • How to pace correctly and avoid “blowing up” on race day
