Lactate Testing
Define your training zones with precision, understand your physiological profile, and make more informed training and racing decisions.
This field-based lactate testing session provides a clear, data-driven understanding of how your body responds to increasing exercise intensity. By measuring lactate accumulation across progressive effort levels, we identify your aerobic (LT1) and anaerobic (LT2) thresholds and, when appropriate, VLamax — providing insight into your metabolic profile, training response, and performance capacity.
Testing can be performed at my testing location or, when appropriate, at your preferred training venue. On-site testing allows athletes to be tested on their own bike, treadmill, track, or outdoor training route and can provide valuable context for how the results apply to their actual training environment.
Pricing
