Head Coach • iRun Miami

While based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was invited to serve as Head Coach of iRun Miami—one of Florida’s leading triathlon clubs. For two race seasons I traveled regularly to Miami to lead coaching clinics, blood lactate testing, athlete education, and individualized coaching for athletes ranging from beginners to world championship qualifiers.
