What a day in Philadelphia!
Chelsea delivered a massive result at the Philadelphia Marathon, finishing in 2:44:06h and placing 4th in the professional field. This marks a huge step forward in her progression and reflects the consistency and commitment she brings to training every day.

Over the past months, we’ve been refining her marathon preparation using structured performance testing — including lactate threshold tracking — to dial in her race-ready pacing and fueling strategy. Seeing the work pay off on race day was incredibly rewarding.

We used lactate testing to fine-tune her training intensities and ensure every workout had a purpose.
